1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ThinkGTO website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Crafty Wheel Studios Pty Ltd (ABN 87 614 380 728, ACN 614 380 728) ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ThinkGTO is a suite of iOS poker training applications that provides game-theory-optimal (GTO) strategy tools, training materials, and related content. The Service includes the following apps: Preflop+, Postflop+, Solver+, GTO Ranges+, PLO+, and Battle+, as well as the ThinkGTO website, blog, tools, and other online resources.

3. Account Registration

Certain features of the Service may require you to create an account or sign in with your Apple ID. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription or one-time in-app purchase, processed through the Apple App Store. By subscribing or purchasing, you agree to the following:

All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. ThinkGTO does not directly collect or store payment information.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date through your Apple ID settings.
Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies. Please contact Apple Support for refund requests.
Pricing may vary by region and is subject to change. You will be notified of any price changes before your next renewal.

5. Content and Usage

The Service provides poker training content, strategy tools, calculators, and educational materials. You acknowledge that:

All content is provided for educational and informational purposes only
Poker involves inherent risk and financial uncertainty; our training materials do not guarantee any specific results or winnings
You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on our content

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple people to use a single account
Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit any content from the Service
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the applications or platform
Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service -- including text, graphics, logos, icons, software, training materials, algorithms, and app designs -- are owned by Crafty Wheel Studios Pty Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. The ThinkGTO name, logo, and associated branding are trademarks of Crafty Wheel Studios Pty Ltd. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Crafty Wheel Studios Pty Ltd makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service's reliability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Crafty Wheel Studios Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to any financial losses incurred while playing poker, loss of data, or interruption of service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable.
